About Me

I enjoy the ride. My first bike was an 86 Honda Rebel 250. But it had costly problems I was not immediately aware of because of my DESIRE to own the bike. I kept it for way too long too. That was 35 years ago. I finally found an opportunity to purchase again last February.Put 6000 miles on that bike. A 06 Honda Shadow ACE 750. Then while simply checking my local dealerships on pricing and inventory, and just generally checking out the riding positions, so I would know what I wanted when I was ready to purchase, my wife and I found ourselves signing the papers for a 2011 Kawasaki Vulcan Voyager 1700. Had more bells and whistles than I thought I could ever get used too. That was the end of October. Now with more than 4000 miles on it, I am happy to report that my wife and I will be on this bike for some time. That is of course, until the new Indian Roadmasters become more prevalent in the used motorcycle market. Till then, I am satisfied.
