To enter the Trail to Sturgis contest, simply add any route you enjoy riding. The route can be a quick loop around town or something long-distance (Any route qualifies).
Once you enter the contest, you'll be able to unlock the Limited Edition Trail to Sturgis Virtual Patch. Unlock this Patch for your collection and show it off with pride!
Share your contest entry with friends and family, so that once voting is opened on June 13th, they can help vote you to the top. Voters must have a bike in their garage to vote.
Contest winner will receive a prize package including a guitar autographed by The Iron Cowgirl Missy, which will be awarded at the Sturgis Buffalo Chip Fan Fest. See rules for rules on the Guitar prize.
What can I win?
1st place will be awarded a Gibson guitar autographed by the Iron Cowgirl Missy and must be at the Sturgis Buffalo Chip Fan Fest to collect the prize. If contest winner is not at the Sturgis Buffalo Chip Fan Fest to receive the guitar, it will be awarded to the next top contest finisher who is also at the Buffalo Chip Fan Fest to collect prize. (example: if 1st through 5th place are not at the Fan Fest, and 6th place is, then 6th place will be awarded the guitar) The other contest prizes will be mailed to winners.
In the case of a dispute regarding the awarding of the signed guitar, BikerGeo and The Iron Cowgirl Missy have fully discretion and authority to resolve and determine the outcome.
1st place will also be awarded a zip-up hoodie sweatshirt from Skull Gear Apparel, a special signed print edition of The Ironhorse Rider Trilogy by author Adelle Laudan as well as an Ironhorse Rider Trilogy T-Shirt, a Check Twice, Save a Life - Motorcycles Are Everywhere Sweatshirt, an Iron Cowgirl Missy T-Shirt, CD and autographed poster!

Who can enter?
The contest is open to any BikerGeo Member, although prizes will only be shipped to locations within the United States and Canada.
How many routes can I enter in the contest?
There is no limit to the number of routes you can enter in the contest.
How does voting work?
During the contest period, all BikerGeo members are given unlimited votes, which can be used to vote on other member's entries as well as their own. A member can vote for the same entry more than once, but only once every 24 hours per route. To find out how much time is left until you may vote again on a route, visit the route page and a notification at the top bottom of the page will specify how much time is left.
At the end of the contest period, 1st, 2nd and 3rd place entries will be selected based on rank. Rank is determined by number of votes and entry date.
Can I undo my vote?
Yes, during the contest period, you are allowed to undo only your most recent vote (on a given route). To undo a vote simply visit the route you want to remove your vote from and click the 'Remove My Vote' button.
When does the contest end?
This contest voting period is from June 13, 2012 until July 31, 2012 (11:59PM EST).
