This Privacy Policy describes BikerGeo’s policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of your information.

Personal Information BikerGeo Collects

We receive and store any information you provide to us through our service or any other way. The types of personal information collected may include, but is not limited to, your name, email address, phone number, birthday, gender, Facebook usernames and browser information. We may use this personal information in order to adjust the application to meet your needs as well as that of the community. Additiononally, the information you provide is used for such purposes as allowing you to register, login, create a profile that can be used to interact with other users of BikerGeo and engage and add content (photos, routes, events, etc..) to the site.

Information we collect or you provide to us such as your name, Facebook username, gender, other biographical data, link to your Facebook Profile Page and all content you add while using this service is displayed publicly on the BikerGeo application, including on your profile page and in search results. This data may be republished to your Facebook Wall, Activity Feed or other Facebook Service if you grant such permissions to the BikerGeo application.

When you login to BikerGeo, we receive and record information on our server logs from your browser or mobile platform, including your location, IP address, cookie information, and the page you requested. We treat this data as non-Personal Information, except where we are required to do otherwise under applicable law.

Be aware that the information you provide to us may be viewed around the world in an instant.

Location Information

Any location-based information you provide or we collect may be saved in order to help improve our service or display more relevant or geo-targeted ads to you.

3rd Party Collection of Information

BikerGeo may currently and/or in the future use a variety of services hosted by third parties to help facilitate and offer our services, such as Content Delivery Networks (CDNs), web hosting providers and Google Analytics. These services may collect information sent by your browser as part of a web page request, such as cookies or your IP request.

What users see

All users of BikerGeo can see the location data information you provide, first and last name and/or username, photo, hometown, current location, any profile-related information provided to us upon login and registration, link to Facebook profile/page and any other content you add to BikerGeo while using our service.

Partners

We enter into relationships with a variety of businesses and in some cases, these businesses sell items, offer services or provide promotions to you through the BikerGeo service. In other situations, BikerGeo provides services, or sells products jointly with these businesses. We may share with our partners the information you provided to us upon login/registration or content added to BikerGeo during the use of our service.

Business Transfers

If BikerGeo or substantially all of its assets are acquired, or in the unlikely event that BikerGeo goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party.

Law and Harm

We may disclose your information if we believe that it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation or legal request; to protect the safety of any person; to address fraud, security or technical issues; or to protect BikerGeo’s rights or property.
