This Privacy Policy describes BikerGeo’s policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of your information.

Personal Information BikerGeo Collects

We receive and store any information you provide to us in through our service or any other way. The types of personal information collected may include your name, email address, phone number, birthday, gender, Facebook usernames and browser information. We may use this personal information in order to adjust the application to meet your needs as well as that of the community. In addition, the information you provide is used for such purposes as allowing you to register, login, create a profile that can be used to interact with other users through the service, create a profile for your motorcycles, create a ride, tailoring the advertising and content, and informing you about new features.

Some of this information, for example, your name and username, gender and information you provide such as, but not limited to, profile data, motorcycle data and ride/event data, is listed publicly on the BikerGeo application, including on your profile page and in search results and may also be republished to your Facebook Wall, Activity Feed or other Facebook Service.

When you login to BikerGeo, we receive and record information on our server logs from your browser or mobile platform, including your location, IP address, cookie information, and the page you requested. We treat this data as non-Personal Information, except where we are required to do otherwise under applicable law.

Be aware that the information you provide to us may be viewed around the world in an instant.

Location Information

Any location-based information you provide or we collect may be saved in order to help improve our service.

3rd Party Collection of Information

BikerGeo may currently and/or in the future use a variety of services hosted by third parties to help provide our services, such as hosting and Google Analytics. These services may collect information sent by your browser as part of a web page request, such as cookies or your IP request.

What users see

All users of BikerGeo can see the location data information you provide, first and last name and/or username, photo, hometown, current location, any profile-related information, information about your bikes and your rides.

Partners

We enter into relationships with a variety of businesses and in certain situations, these businesses sell items or provide promotions to you through our service. In other situations, BikerGeo provides services, or sells products jointly with these businesses. We will share your personal information that is related to such transactions with that business, unless you have elected not to be solicited by marketing partners during the registration process or through the account settings page.

Business Transfers

If BikerGeo or substantially all of its assets are acquired, or in the unlikely event that BikerGeo goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party.

Law and Harm

We may disclose your information if we believe that it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation or legal request; to protect the safety of any person; to address fraud, security or technical issues; or to protect BikerGeo’s rights or property.
